Joseph Penaflor, DNP, PMHNP-BC, is a compassionate and attentive mental health provider who cares for children (ages 5+), teens, and adults. He is committed to creating a safe, welcoming space where you and your family feel understood, supported, and empowered to improve your emotional well-being.

Joseph is an ANCC board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He brings specialized training in supporting people with their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and he uses a variety of therapeutic approaches to help individuals find meaningful solutions and feel their best.
