Esmeralda Chavez-Anderson, PMHNP, is nurse practitioner with over 12 years of experience. Esmeralda provides personalized and compassionate care to individuals and families. Esmeralda recently received her post-graduate certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. PMHNPs have completed both bachelor’s and master’s degrees after first becoming RNs.

Her services include:

• Diagnose & treat mental health needs of patients
• Provide therapy & prescribe medications for patients with mental health disorders
• Provide physical and psychosocial assessments, emergency psychiatric care and treatment effectiveness evaluations
• Conditions treated: anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, schizophrenia

Esmeralda will see patients ages 10 and up.
