Primary Care with Walk-In Care

For your convenience, Astria Health provides Primary Care with Walk-In at Astria Health Centers located in Prosser, Grandview, Sunnyside, Toppenish, Zillah, Union Gap, and Yakima as well as physicians and specialists throughout the Valley. Our physicians and providers are here to help patients live healthy lives and manage both immediate health care needs, life-long wellness, and chronic care needs.

At Astria Health Centers with Walk-In Care, no appointment is necessary. Patients can call the Astria Health Center or simply walk-in for immediate care and see a health care physician or provider that day.

Walk-in Care is intended to provide immediate care for non-life-threatening medical situations that do not require a trip to the emergency room such as:

• Family medicine
• Regular physicals and check-ups
• Minor injuries, including cuts and sprains
• Care for flu, colds and other minor illnesses
• $10 Athlete Sports Physicals
• Non-life-threatening medical problems
• Chronic care

Walk-in Care provides the convenience of immediate access to primary care physicians and providers with comprehensive services for both children and adults. Many locations also offer diagnostic imaging and radiology, laboratory services and other ancillary services so that physicians can diagnose conditions right then and there.

Interpreting services are available at all of the Astria Health Center locations.
