Toppenish, WA (November 21, 2018) - Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Marli W. Parobek, ARNP has joined Astria Toppenish Hospital’s Behavioral Health Unit.
Marli earned her master’s degree in Psychiatry from Frontier Nursing University in Kentucky and also received an additional master’s degree in family practice from The Ohio State University College of Nursing. She completed her psychiatric internship at a local mental health facility. Marli is dual certified in pediatric and adult psychiatric medication management and psychotherapy.
Marli’s passion for the complete integration of behavioral and physical health drove her to pursue her training in mental health. Marli takes a team approach in the treatment of patients to ensure their successful transition into wellness.
Marli is currently providing care to patients in the voluntary medical withdrawal management program, which opened in October 2018. Her practice will also include serving patients on the inpatient psychiatric unit at Astria Toppenish Hospital.
