How to Get Started

Your Primary Care Provider (PCP) picked this program to help you. You will get a phone call from the ASTRIA Advantage Enrollment Team. The phone call will come from 509.866.5925. The Enrollment Team member will:

• Go over the program with you
• Answer your questions
• Talk about your insurance and costs

ASTRIA Advantage is here to help you stay healthy and happy—your way.

Insurance may cover a significant portion of the Program cost. The ASTRIA Advantage Enrollment Team will answer questions about your insurance plan and let you know if a co-pay is required.
