Astria Toppenish Hospital
Astria Toppenish Hospital’s Behavioral Health unit currently provides medication withdrawal management services and an acute short term inpatient psychiatric unit. The behavioral health care team at Astria Toppenish Hospital includes medical and behavioral health professionals who offer diagnoses and individualized care in a warm, supportive atmosphere to treat signs and symptoms of behavioral health illnesses such as:
- Suicidal behavior
- Violent behavior
- Sleeping or eating disturbances
- Severe agitation
- Medication noncompliance
- Severe mood swings
- Excessive and uncontrolled anger
- Hearing voices
- Substance abuse and addiction
At Astria Toppenish Hospital, we begin with a thorough evaluation to help determine what is causing distress and how we can best help. Working together with the patient, their family members, and other healthcare professionals, we will develop an appropriate course of treatment.
Astria Sunnyside Hospital
Our psychiatrist and other medical staff are qualified to perform psychosocial assessments and psychiatric evaluations. We also offer various types of "talk" therapy, and an Intensive Outpatient Program for older adults, and management of psychotropic medications.

When you visit our Astria Health Center, you can count on being treated with dignity and respect. Our medical staff is experienced in evaluating, diagnosing and treating a wide range of behavioral and mental health illnesses, such as:
